الحق في الاعلام البيئي عن الأنشطة النووية

Abstract

وضع المجتمع الدولي إطار لممارسة الحق في استخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية، وذلك عبر الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، وتعمل هذه الوكالة بمراقبة استعمالات الطاقة النووية عبر جميع أنحاء العالم وتشجيع التعاون بين الدول، حيث أصبحت الطاقة النووية تلبي أكثر من 16% من إجمالي احتياجات العالم من الطاقة، والنسبة في تزايد مستمر بسبب تزايد عدد محطات إنتاج الطاقة النووية، ويعد المجال النووي موضوعا هامًا لخطورته البالغة على الانسان والبيئة، وهو ما جعل من هذا النشاط محلا لتطبيق أحد أهم المبادئ التي يرتكز عليها قانون البيئة وهو مبدأ الإعلام والمشاركة، الا أن الإعلام البيئي في المجال النووي ذو خصوصيات تجعله يختلف عن الإعلام البيئي العادي. The international community has set the framework for the exercise of the right to use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, through the International Atomic Energy Agency. This agency works to monitor the uses of nuclear energy throughout all parts of the world and encourage cooperation between countries, as nuclear energy has met more than 16% of the world's total needs from Energy. The percentage is constantly increasing due to the increasing number of nuclear energy production plants. The nuclear field is an important subject of its grave danger to man and the environment.This has made this activity a place to apply one of the most important principles that underpin the environmental law and is the principle of information and participation. However, environmental information in the nuclear field has specificities that make it different from the ordinary environmental media.
