سمة العصابية والانبساط وأثرهما على سلوك المتهم.

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العوامل التي تقف وراء اختلاف الاستجابة بين اثنين من المتهمين بنفس التهمة أمام المحكمة. تم استخدام منهج تحليل المضمون لفيديو المحاكمة. انتهت الدراسة إلى الاستنتاجات التالية. 1- كانت استجابة ( المتهم الأول ) هستيرية ، واستجابة ( المتهم الثاني ) ديستيمية. 2- أن الاختلاف في الاستجابة بين مفردتي البحث أمر طبيعي ، سببه العامل الوراثي بالأساس. 3- لا يوجد قوي أو ضعيف نفسيا بين المفردتين ، بل كلاهما كان متأثرا والاختلاف بينهما كان في طريقة التعبير عن الصدمة . 4- أنّ اختلاف الاستجابة، يرجع إلى الاختلاف في بعد العصابية مقابل الاتزان الانفعالي وبعد الانبساط مقابل الانطواء. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that cause the difference in response between two defendants of the same charge in court. The content analysis method was used. The study reached the following conclusions: 1- The response of (the first suspect) was hysterical, and the response of (the second suspect) was dysthymic 2- The difference in response between the two research terms is natural, mainly caused by the genetic factor 3- There is no psychological strength or weakness between the two terms, but both were affected and the difference between them was in the way of expressing the shock 4- The difference in response is due to the difference in the dimension of neuroticism versus emotional balance and the dimension of extraversion versus introversion
