ظاهرة الوشم وعلاقتها بالاكتئاب والاليات الدفاعية

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة ظاهرة الوشم ومدى ارتباطها بجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية ومحاولة الكشف عن طبيعة العلاقة القائمة بين افراد واضعي الوشم وكل من نمط الآليات الدفاعية ومشاعر الاكتئاب، حيث تسعى الدراسة الى البحث عن أنماط الميكنيزمات الدفاعية التي يتسم بها الافراد الموشمين من جهة ، و معرفة درجة مشاعر الاكتئاب لدى هدة الفئة، من جهة أخرى، حيث تم اختيار 05 حالات من واضعي الوشم تتراوح أعمارهم من 24 إلى 55 سنة تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية ومراعاة ما يخدم الدراسة، و قد استخدم في هذه الدراسة المنهج الوصفي، من اجل الوصف و التحليل وادراك العلاقات بين المتغيرات. وبالاعتماد على تقنية دراسة حالة، فقد تم استخدام أدوات لجمع المعلومات تمثلت في المقابلة النصف موجهة، وتصميم استبيان خاص بالوشم الذي يتكون من بعدين (البعد النفسي، البعد الاجتماعي)، وذلك من اجل الوصول الى تحليل نفسي اجتماعي لظاهرة الوشم وابعادها. وكذلك تم استخدم استبيان الآليات الدفاعية والذي يضمن ثلاث أنماط (النمط الناضج، النمط العصابي، النمط الغير الناضج)، بالإضافة إلى مقياس الاكتئاب لآرون بيك. وتم جمع المعطيات وتحليل النتائج وخلصت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية: تخضع ظاهرة الوشم إلى الجوانب النفسية والاجتماعية؛ توجد فروق في انماط الآليات الدفاعية لواضعي الوشم؛ تميل درجت مشاعر الاكتئاب لواضعي الوشم نحو الشدة.The present study dealt with the phenomenon of tattooing and its relation to psychological and social aspects. It attempted to investigate the nature of the relationship between tattooers and each of the pattern of defense mechanisms and feelings of depression in this category, and for that, we were selected 05 cases of tattooers ranging in age from 24 to 55 years randomly and taking into account what serves to this study, and used the descriptive method, in order to describe, analyze and realize the relationships between the variables. Relying on the case study technique, tools were used to collect data represented in the semi-directed interview, and prepared a questionnaire for tattoos, which consists of two dimensions (the psychological dimension, the social dimension), in order to join to a psychosocial analysis of the tattoo phenomenon and its dimensions. Also, the Defense Mechanisms Questionnaire was used, which included three types (mature type, neurotic type, immature type), in addition to the Aaron Beck Depression Scale. Data were collected and results analyzed. the study showed the following results:-The phenomenon of tattooing is due to psychological and social aspects; The existence of a relationship between tattoos and the tattooers' defense mechanisms.There is a relationship between tattoos and feelings of depression for tattooers
