دور منظمات حقوق الإنسان الوطنيّة غير الحكوميّة في مكافحة الجرائم الأسريّة

Abstract

تلعب منظمات حقوق الإنسان الوطنيّة غير الحكوميّة دورا بارزا في مكافحة الجرائم بما فيها الجرائم الأسريّة، التّي تُعدّ أبشعها وأخطرها لأنّها تهدّد تماسك المجتمع وقيمه وعاداته، ويظهر ذلك من عديد الأدوار التّي تضطلع بها في هذا المجال، خاصة من خلال الأساليب التّي تتّبعها من أجل تثقيف وتوعية الأسر، ومساعدة الأجهزة الحكوميّة والضغط عليها لغرض تغيير وتطوير سياستها، وتعديل ووضع قوانين تساهم في الوقاية من هذه الجرائم ومكافحتها. بيد أنّ هذه المنظّمات لن تقوم بدروها على أكمل وجه ما لم توفّر لها الوسائل والإمكانيات التّي تساعدها في ذلك، وقد كشف لنا الواقع العملي وجود عوامل مختلفة أثّرت بشكل سلبي على أداءها. National non-governmental human rights play a prominent role in combating crimes, including family crimes, which are considered the most heinous and dangerous because they threaten the cohesion, values and habits of society, and this is reflected in the many roles they play in this field, especially through their methods of educating families and helping and pressuring government agencies to change and develop their policies and to amend and develop laws that contribute to preventing and combating these crimes. However, these organizations will not do their part fully unless they are provided with the means and possibilities that help them to do so, and the practical reality has revealed to us that there are different factors that have adversely affected their performance.
