تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية لأساتذة جامعة سطيف2في كفايات التعليم الالكتروني - دراسة ميدانية بجامعة سطيف2

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى تحليل احتياجات أساتذة جامعة سطيف2في المعلوماتية لتملك كفاءات التدريس والبحث لاستخدامها في التعليم الالكتروني،تسهيلا لعملية تعلم الطلبة عن بعد باستعمال منصة Moodle،وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي في هذه الدراسة وبناء استبانة مكوّنة من(40) بندا على ثلاث محاور تشمل الاحتياجات التدريبية في (كفاءات المعلوماتية البحث الالكتروني،التدريس الالكتروني)اللازمة للأستاذ وتم تطبيقها عن بعد على عيّنة قوامها (72) أستاذا متباينين في سنوات الأقدمية والكلية والتكوين المسبق في الإعلام الآلي وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أنّ أفراد العينة لهم احتياجات متوسطة في جميع محاور الاستبانة ماعدا احتياجات ترتبط بتطبيق الزوم والبريد الإلكتروني جاءت بدرجة عالية عبّر من خلالها الأساتذة عن حاجتهم للتفاعل مع زملائهم وكذا مع الطلبة،وأنّه لا توجد فروق دالة في درجة تقدير الأساتذة للاحتياجات التدريبية المرتبطة بالكفاءات السابقة وفقا لمتغير الكلية،الأقدمية،الرتبة والتكوين المسبق في الإعلام الآلي. This study aimed to identify and analyze the needs of professors at the University of Setif 2 in informatics to possess teaching and research competencies for use in e-learning to facilitate the process of distance learning for students using the Moodle platform. The descriptive approach was adopted in this study, and a questionnaire was formulated consisting of (40) items distributed on three axes that include training needs in (informatics competencies, electronic research, electronic teaching) necessary for the professor .It was applied remotely to a sample of (72) professors of varying years of experience and institutes, as well as the previous training in the computer .The study concluded that the sample members have moderate needs in all the axes of the questionnaire, except for the needs related to the application of zoom and e-mail, which came to a high degree through which the professors expressed their need to interact with their colleagues as well as with the students, and that there are no significant differences in the degree of professors' assessment of the training needs associated with previous competencies due to the variables: the institute, experience, rank and previous training in computer technologies.
