دور التخطيط الإستراتيجي في تحسين الأداء من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن

Abstract

في ظل البيئة المتغيرة والتطورات المتسارعة التي تشهدها منظمات الأعمال، أصبح لزاما على المنظمات البحث عن أساليب إدارية جديدة تتلاءم والبيئة الحالية، وهو ما يوفره تبني أسلوب التخطيط الإستراتيجي في المنظمات حيث يساهم في تغيير الكيفية التي تخطط بها المنظمات لوضع الاستراتيجيات الخاصة بها. وفي هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول تسليط الضوء على طبيعة العلاقة بين التخطيط الإستراتيجي وتحسين الأداء من منظور بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، هذه الأخيرة التي تقوم على فكرة التوازن بين صياغة الخطط الإستراتيجية وتنفيذها من خلال ترجمة الإستراتيجية إلى أهداف قابلة للقياس والتقييم وذلك بالاعتماد على أربعة أبعاد لتقييم الأداء الكلي للمنظمة. In light of the changing environment and the rapid developments taking place in the business organizations, it has become imperative for organizations to research for new management methods adapted to the current environment, which is provided by the adoption of strategic planning method in organizations, as it contributes to changing the way organizations plan to develop their own strategies. In this paper we will try to highlight the nature of relationship between strategic planning and performance improvement from a balanced performance card perspective, this latter is based on the idea of balancing the formulation of strategic plans and their implementation by translating the strategy into measurable goals and evaluating them based on four dimensions to assess the overall performance of the organization.
