الدور الصيني في منطقة شمال إفريقيا لفترة ما بعد الحرب الباردة الواقع والتحديات

Abstract

يعالج هذا المقال النمو المضطرد للدور الصيني في منطقة شمال إفريقيا خاصة بعد الحرب الباردة، من خلال الأدوار الاقتصادية والسياسية التي تلعبها الصين في المنطقة، ودلالات هذا النمو بالنسبة لموقعها ومكانتها العالمية كقوة جديدة على المسرح الدولي، إلى جانب القوى التقليدية (الاتحاد الأوروبي والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية). حيث انتهجت الصين سياسة القوة الناعمة لتعزيز نفوذها في المنطقة وضمان مكانتها الدولية، غير أن دور الصين وموقعها الجديد في منطقة شمال إفريقيا لا يخلو من تحديات ومحاذير مرتبطة بالخصوصيات والتحولات التي تشهدها المنطقة وطبيعة موقعها الجيو استراتيجي الذي جعلها محل أطماع القوى الدولية في الماضي والحاضر، كل هذا من شأنه التأثير على مستقبل الدور الصيني في المنطقة. Abstract : This article examines the growth of the Chinese role in the North Africa region, especially after the cold war, through its roles economic and political roles that play in the region, and indications of this growth for its global status as a new force on the international scene, in addition to the traditional powers (the European Union and the United States of America). China has pursued a policy of soft power to boost its influence in the region and to ensure its international standing, but the role of China and its new location in the North Africa region is not without challenges linked to the Privacy and the transformations in the region and the nature of its geo- strategic position which make it a focus of great power ambitions in the past and the present, all this would impact on the future of the Chinese role in the region.
