الثقافة التنظيمية في المجتمع الجزائري بين الأطر التقليدية والنماذج الحديثة

Abstract

ملخص: يتناول هذا البحث موضوعا في غاية من الأهمية يتعلق بالثقافة التنظيمية في المؤسسة والمجتمع الجزائري، وتتمحور إشكاليته في تحليل ظاهرة التناقض في هذه الثقافة التي شكلت العبء الأكبر لتجاوز المؤسسات الجزائرية لمشكلاتها، وتحقيق أهدافها، فهذه الثقافة يتجاذبها أنماط تنظيمية تقليدية منبثقة عن المجتمع التقليدي، وما ينطوي عليه من قيم وأعراف ونظم، ومن جهة أخرى نماذج تنظيمية حديثة يصعب عليها التوطن على أنقاض هذه الثقافة (التقليدية) التي لا تزال تتربع على المخيال الاجتماعي والثقافي للإنسان الجزائري، فهذا المقال محاولة لتفكيك هذه المعضلة وتنبيه إلى خطورتها على المؤسسة والمجتمع. Abstract: This article is talking about a very important topic which is related to organizational culture in the Algerian institution and society. The problematic of this topic is the analysis of the contradiction phenomenon in this culture that formed the greatest burden for the Algerian institutions to overcome their problems , and achieve their goals, this culture is buffeted by organizational traditional patterns that emanated from the traditional society, and what it carries of values and norms, and systems, on the other hand modern organizational models find it difficult for them to settle on the ruins of this culture (traditional), which still resides in the social and cultural imagination of the Algerian person, this article is an attempt to dismantle this dilemma and alert to the danger that faces the institution and the community.
