واقع التهديدات البيئية فـي منطقة الساحل الإفريقي وتداعياتها الأمنية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التهديدات البيئية في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، من حيث الواقع والتداعيات المترتبة عنها، بالتركيز على أهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالموضوع محل الدراسة، مع إبراز أهم التهديدات البيئية التي تعاني منها المنطقة، من تصحر وتغير مناخي، إضافة للجفاف، والإحاطة بالإنعكاسات السلبية لهذه التهديدات على المنطقة، فيما يخص الأمن الغذائي والصحي، وما يتعلق بالهجرات الداخلية ممثلة في النزوح، إضافة إلى التداعيات المترتبة على دول الجوار، خاصة الهجرة غير الشرعية المصحوبة بمختلف الأوبئة، وتبيان آثارها على الأمن السياسي والإقتصادي في هذه الدول، لتخلص الدراسة في الأخير إلى مجموعة من النتائج، التي تثبت أن البيئة في الساحل الإفريقي أصبحت تشكل تهديدا على حياة أفراد في المنطقة وحتى المتواجدين بدول الجوار، وهذا راجع إلى الضغوط التي تتعرض لها البيئة في المنطقة، نتيجة مختلف النشاطات الإقتصادية، التي تقوم بها الدول الأخرى مما يستوجب البحث في آليات دولية، للحد من هذه التهديدات، لضمان أمن الأفراد في المنطقة.This study aims to shed light on the environmental threats in the African sahel region, in terms of reality and its consequences,by focusing on the most important concepts related to the subject under study,highlighting the most important environmental threats that the region suffers from desertification and climate change, in addition to drought and to take note of the negative repercussions. These threats to the region, in terms of food and health security internal displacement represented by displacement, in addition to the repercussions of neighboring countries especially illegal migration accompanied by various epidemics, and to show their effects on political and economic security. These countries, to conclude the study finally to a set of results, which prove that the environment in the African coast has become a threat to the lives of people in the region, even those in neighboring countrie and this is due to the pressures on the environment in the region, as a result of various economic activities that Other countries are taking action, which requires international mechanisms to reduce these threats, to ensure the security of individuals in the region.
