جرائم الاعتداء على الأصول في المجتمع الجزائري دراسة تحليلية للعوامل النفسية و الاجتماعية

Abstract

جرائم الاعتداء على الأصول هي كل سلوك يتضمن اعتداء على السلامة البدنية أو النفسية أو حياة الأصول وبناء على ذلك تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العوامل النفسية و الإجتماعية الكامنة وراء ارتكاب الشباب الجزائري لهذه الجرائم و لقد تم الإعتماد في هذه الدراسة على جانب نظري تضمن أهم المفاهيم و المقاربات النفسية و الإجتماعية المفسرة لهذه الجرائم و الجانب الميداني الذي اعتمد منهج دراسة الحالة ، ولقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن هناك عوامل نفسية تؤدي إلى ارتكاب جرائم الإعتداء على الأصول ومن أهمها : أساليب التربية الخاطئة التي يعتمدها الأباء مع الأبناء و تعاطي الشباب للمواد المخدرة و عوامل إجتماعية مثل ظروف السكن السيئة و البطالة و الإنضمام لجاعات إجراميةAssault crimes are any behavior that involves an attack on the physical or psychological integrity or life of assets. Accordingly, the current study aims to reveal the psychological and social factors behind the commission of these crimes by Algerian youth. This study has been based on a theoretical aspect that includes the most important concepts And the psychological and social approaches that explain these crimes and the field side that adopted the case study approach, and this study concluded that there are psychological factors that lead to the commission of crimes of assault on assets, the most important of which are: the wrong parenting methods adopted by parents with their children and youth abuse of narcotic substances and Social factors such as poor housing conditions, unemployment, and joining criminal groups
