تأويل التأويل تحليل ونقد للتأويل الحداثي في ضوء المنهج الأصولي

Abstract

الملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة مفهوم التأويل الحداثي وبنيته وخلفياته الفلسفية والفكرية، وأهدافه ومنهجياته، ومقارنتها إلى المنهج الأصولي للحكم عليها. وقد انتهى البحث إلى أن التأويل الحداثي هو محاولة لتغيير المنهجية الأصولية، الضابطة لعملية التأويل، واستبدالها بقراءة جديدة تعطي للقارئ الحق المطلق في جر النصوص إلى معان نابعة من تصورات القارئ وخيالاته وميولاته، خاضعةٍ للواقع المنحرف، ملبية لطلباته غير المحدودة. This study addresses the concept of modern interpretation "Hermeneutics", its structure, philosophical and intellectual backgrounds, objectives, and methodologies, and compares it to the fundamentalist method to evaluate it. The research concludes that modern interpretation is an attempt to alter the traditional methodology governing the interpretation process. It aims to replace it with a new reading that grants the reader absolute authority to pull the texts towards meanings derived from the reader's perceptions, imaginations, and inclinations. These meanings are subject to a deviant reality, submissive to its demands.
