المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في قطاع البناء و الأشغال العمومية بالجزائر مدخل الفرص

Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحديد العوامل المشجعة للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة على الاستثمار في قطاع البناء و الأشغال العمومية الجزائري. حيث استند البحث على مجموعة من الإحصائيات المستقاة من بعض الهيئات الوطنية و الدولية، ثم تقديم قراءة تحليلية لوضعية المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة في هذا القطاع وحصر جملة الفرص و العوامل المشجعة لها على الاستثمار فيه. و في نهاية هذا البحث توصلنا إلى أنه رغم ما تتوفر عليه الجزائر من مميزات و فرص في قطاع البناء و الأشغال العمومية، و رغم قيام الجزائر بجملة من الإصلاحات بهدف ترقية و تفعيل أداء المؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة. يبقى هذا النسيج الاقتصادي في قطاع البناء و الأشغال العمومية يواجه مجموعة من الصعوبات. This research aims to identify the factors that encourage small and medium enterprises to invest in the Algerian construction and public works sector. Where the research was based on a set of statistics obtained from some national and international Organizations, then provide an analytical reading of the situation of small and medium enterprises in this sector and inventory the number of opportunities and factors encouraging them to invest in it. At the end of this research, we concluded that despite Algeria's advantages and opportunities in the construction and public works sector, and despite Algeria's implementation of a series of reforms with the aim of promoting and activating the performance of small and medium enterprises. This economic fabric in the construction and public works sector continues to face a number of difficulties .
