الأخبار الكاذبة ومطلب تحقيق الأمن الإعلامي في الفضاء الإلكتروني الجزائري- رؤية نقدية تحليلية

Abstract

تتناول هذه الدراسة موضوع الأخبار الكاذبة التي يتم نشرها وتداولها عبر وسائل الإعلام الإلكترونية ومواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، وما يمكن أن ينجر عنها من مخاطر، خاصة وأنها أصبحت تستخدم بمعدلات متزايدة لتضليل الرأي العام وتحقيق مكاسب سياسية أو اجتماعية أو اقتصادية. وتشكل الأخبار الكاذبة خطراً على الأمن الإعلامي والديمقراطية، لذلك تدعو الدراسة إلى تطوير آليات الكشف عن الأخبار الكاذبة ومراقبة المحتوى المنشور في الفضاء الإلكتروني لتحقيق الأمن الإعلامي. وتقع مسؤولية تحقيق هذا المطلب على عاتق الصحفيين والمدونين وحتى المستخدمين للفضاءات الإلكترونية، ويجب توسيع ثقافة النقد البناء والتأكد من صحة المعلومة والبحث عن المصادر الآمنة لتفادي خطر الأخبار الكاذبة.This study addresses the issue of fake news that is published and circulated through electronic media and social networking sites, and the potential risks associated with it, especially as it is increasingly being used to mislead public opinion and achieve political, social, or economic gains. Fake news poses a danger to media security and democracy, which is why the study calls for developing mechanisms to detect fake news and monitor the content published online to achieve media security. Responsibility for achieving this falls on journalists, bloggers, and even users of online spaces, and there is a need to expand a culture of constructive criticism and ensure the accuracy of the information and search for safe sources to avoid the danger of fake news.
