الثـابت والمتغـير في العلاقـات الجزائـريـة السعـوديـة: التقاطعـات الاقتصاديـة والتباينـات السياسيـة

Abstract

تحدث التغيرات الراديكالية التي تنتجها الثورات، هزات عنيفة للنظم الإقليمية، لما تحدثه من تحول داخل الوحدات، يكون له أثر بالغ على شبكة العلاقات التقليدية، بما تحويه من مصالح وتناقضات، أثرت متغيرات البيئة الإقليمية بعد 2011 على العلاقات الجزائرية – السعودية، نظرا لتباين الإدراك، والتعاطي مع التهديدات الناجمة عن سقوط الأنظمة، تسعى هذه الدراسة للبحث عن أثر الربيع العربي على العلاقات الجزائرية السعودية، وكيف واجه البلدان انعكاس الرهانات الأمنية على علاقتهما الثنائية.The radical changes caused by the revolutions effect violent tremors to regional systems, and that is due to the transformation inside the units (states). Thus, they have a tremendous impact on the traditional relations’ network, owing to the interests and contradictions they contain. The regional environment variables affected the Algerian-Saudi Arabian relations after 2011 in that the perception and confrontation of threats resulting from the fall of regimes are discrepant. This study aims at discussing and questioning the Arab Spring’s impact on the Algerian-Saudi relations, and how these two countries decided to encounter the security bets reflected upon their relations.
