Abstract

ملخص: مما لاشك فيه أن رقي أي مجتمع محكوم بمدى تعلم أفراده وتحكمهم في القراءة والعلم ،لانهما القطبان الوحيدان اللذان يوصلان الى المعرفة بمفهومها الواسع، والتي تعطي أفاقا وقدرات كبيرة في كل مجالات الحياة ،لذا يسعى الأفراد الواعون بأهمية القراءة اليها ليكونوا من الأعلام والعقول المفكرة والمدبرة لمستقبل البلاد ، ومن منطلق أن المكتبي هو احد أفراد المجتمع يتأثر ببيئته ويؤثر فيها، فإنه ملزم بالقراءة كي يرقي بنفسه ويثري ويفيد محيط عمله، خاصة وأنه ليس فردا عاديا وهو الُمؤَمَن على العلم والمعرفة ،ومزود أفراد مجتمعه بكل ما هو جديد من المعلومات والثقافات، لكن للقراءة مبادئ ومهارات تطبق وتؤخذ بعين الاعتبار حتى تبلغ أقصى أهدافها. ويحاول هذا البحث التعرف على مدى تحكم المكتبيين العاملين بالمكتبة المركزية لجامعة الحاج لخضر بهذه المهارات و ومدى تطبيقهم لها ؟ هذا الموضوع يعالجه البحث بالاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي كونه يعتمد على جمع البيانات وتحليلها بطريقة علمية، تم استخدام الاستبيان كأداة أساسية لجمع بيانات الدراسة الميدانية. فتوصلنا في الاخير الى ان المكتبيين يقرؤون ،ويقرؤون قراءة جيدة كما يستخدمون فيها معظم مهارات القراءة . Abstract: Undoubtedly, the progress of any society greatly depends on its people’s education and love of reading, these two ways lead to knowledge in its broad sense. This latter gives great prospects and capabilities in all field. For this, people who are aware of the importance of both reading and knowledge, try to be the masterminds of the future of the country .Starting with librarian as a member in the society, who influences and is influenced by his environment, is obliged to read to lift himself to a higher level and benefit the people he deals with at work. he also provides his community with all new information and cultures. However, reading has particular principles and skills to be applied and achieve its objectives. The contribute to facilitating library work and maintaining communication among the members participating in services. This appears in the efficient reading skill. To study this problematic, we relied on the descriptive approach as it depends on data collecting and its analysis in a scientific way. Our study was carried out at the central library of EL Hadj Lakhdar University Batna1. We distributed a questionnaire as a data collection tool to librarians working there. From data analysis, comparing it to the existing theoretical concepts, we concluded that most librarians value reading and its skills, seek mastering it and generalize it to all librarians and libraries
