دور الحوكمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

أصبح موضوع الحوكمة والتنمية المستدامة من أحدث المفاهيم في ميدان العلوم الاقتصادية، حيث أن الحوكمة تعد عاملا أساسيا يساعد في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وعليه تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة دور الحوكمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة، من خلال التعريف أولا بحوكمة الشركات، ثم التطرق إلى التنمية المستدامة، وكنقطة ثالثة إبراز دور الحوكمة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة. وتم التوصل إلى أن هناك علاقة وثيقة بين الحوكمة والتنمية المستدامة فلا يمكن أن تكون تنمية مستدامة دون وجود حكم راشد. Governance and sustainable development have become the latest concepts in economic science, as governance is a key factor in achieving sustainable development. This paper aims to examine the role of governance in achieving sustainable development by first defining corporate governance, then addressing sustainable development, and as a third point to highlight the role of governance in achieving sustainable development. It was concluded that there is a close relationship between governance and sustainable development, and there can be no sustainable development without good governance.
