دور منظمات المجتمع المدني في الوقاية من حوادث الطرقات

Abstract

تعد حوادث الطرقات من أهم الظواهر المعاصرة التي صارت من الأولويات الأمنية لجميع الدول ونظرا لخطورتها، فقد سعت العديد من الفواعل إلى الوقاية منها، ومن بين تلك الفواعل منظمات المجتمع المدني التي يؤهلها دورها الذي ينطلق من علاقتها بمختلف مؤسسات الدولة من جهة، وطبيعة وأهمية دورها في المجتمع من جهة ثانية، للاضطلاع بدور الوقاية من هذه الظاهرة، وذلك بغض النظر عن الوسائل التي تستخدمها هذه المنظمات في سبيل قيامها بهذا الدور الذي تواجهه في الواقع العديد من الصعوبات.Road accidents are among the most important contemporaty phenomena that have become a security priority for all countries, and because of their seriousness, many acts have sought to prevent them, including civil society organizations, which is based on thier relation with the various state institutions on the one hand. The nature and importance of their rol in society,on the otherhand, to play the role of preventing this phonomenon, regardless of the means used by these organizations to play this role,which in fact face many difficulties.
