الحرية الدينية والتعايش مع الآخر في ضوء القرآن والسنّة

Abstract

الملخص: لقد خلق الله (عزّ وجلّ) البشر مختلفين في الجنس واللون والعرق والفكر...، وهذا التّغاير مقصود من الشارع الحكيم؛ حتى يتمّ التعارف بين الناس، ويتمّ تبادل الأفكار والآراء، ويتمّ التعاون، على أساس من الاحترام. ولقد شرع المولى (عزّ وجلّ) كلّ الضمانات التي من شأنها أن تؤدي إلى تحقيق التعايش والسلام بين الشعوب، و يأتي على رأس هذه الضمانات: الحرية الدينيّة، فقد ترك الشرع للإنسان كامل الإرادة والاختيار في اعتقاد ما شاء، من غير إحداث أي ضرر؛ حتى يصل إلى القرار والفعل بقناعة تامّة. وأوجب على الغير احترام هذه القناعة؛ حتّى يتمّ التعايش بين الشعوب بسلام. وهذا مبدأ لو روعي لعمّ الأمن في الأرض كافّة، ولعمل الجميع لخدمة مصالح الإنسانية جمعاء ودرء المفاسد عنها، بغضّ النّظر عن الانتماءات والمعتقدات. Abstract: God has created (the Almighty) humans in different gender, color, race and thought ... and this variation intentional street wise; until the mutual understanding between the people, and the exchange of ideas and opinions, and the cooperation on the basis of respect. And has ensured the Lord (Almighty) everything that leads to achieve coexistence and peace between peoples, and comes on top of these guarantees: freedom of religion, has left God full of will and choice of the people in the belief of wills, it is not causing any harm; even up to the decision and act with full conviction. And it is obligatory on others to respect this conviction; until the co-existence of peoples in peace. This takes into account the principle if Uncle security in all the land, and for everybody to serve the interests of humanity as a whole and ward off evil about them, regardless of their affiliations and beliefs.
