صعوبات الاستثمار في الجزائر

Abstract

على الرغم من المجهودات التي بذلتها الدولة الجزائرية في توفير مناخ استثماري ملائم و ذلك لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبية و تطوير و دعم الاستثمارات المحلية، إلا أن هذه الجهود تجد أمامها حواجز و عوائق تحول دون تحقيق الغاية المرجوة من تلك المجهودات، لذلك سنتطرق في هذه الدراسة الوجيزة لمختلف المعيقات التي تواجه مسار تطوير و اجتذاب الاستثمار في الجزائر بمعنى معوقات الاستثمار (أولا ) و بناءا على ذلك سنحاول تحديد مكانة الجزائر ضمن المؤشرات الدولية لقياس معيقات الاستثمار ( ثانيا ). Despite the efforts made by the Algerian state to provide adequate investment conditions to attract foreign investments, develop and support local investments, these efforts find obstacles and obstacles that prevent the achievement of the desired goal of these efforts. Therefore, we will address in this study the various obstacles facing the path of Developing and attracting investment in Algeria in the sense of investment obstacles (first). Based on that, we will try to determine Algeria’s position within the international indicators to measure investment obstacles (second).
