دور المؤسسات الأمنية في الحد من الجريمة داخل المدن

Abstract

الجريمة سلوك يهدد أمن الأفراد واستقرار المجتمعات ويقوض أركان الدولة، ولذلك اهتمت المجتمعات قديما وحديثا بموضوع التصدي للجريمة ومكافحتها، ولم يخل أي مجتمع من جمعية لمكافحة الجريمة والمؤسسة الأمنية تعتبر من أهم آليات مكافحة الجريمة في المدن، إن الأمن الآن تخطى دور قوة الشرطة من مجرد دور مادي هدفه بسيط في أماكن معينة إلى دور كبير يتناسب مع ما يتطلبه المجتمع من أمن في جميع المجالات حيث أصبحت هناك قناعة لدى الأجهزة الأمنية( الشرطة) في أن تعزيز الأمن من خلال مكافحة الجريمة والحد من انتشارها لا تعتبر مسؤولية الشرطة وحدها إنما باشتراك المجتمع بكافة، بمستوياته ومؤسساته للحد وبفعالية من الجريمة بمساعدة أفراد المجتمع بدأ بالفرد حتى الأسرة وصولا للمؤسسات التربوية والمجتمعية مما يؤدي إلى الوصول السريع لمجتمع امن يخلو من الجرائم التي تفكك استقراره.Crime is behaoior that tweatens the society of individuals and the stability of societies and the society of the state, therefore, societies have tukes care of the issues of combating crime and to get sid of it, the police from the ordinary role just aim in some phices there is a conviction among the security services that strengthening security, through, combating crime and limiting its spread is not only the responsibility of the police but also the invobimant of society at all levels and institution to effectively recluse and assist crime, everyone need to help and be part of this operation community members ranging from the individual to the family to education and community institution leading to rapid access to a secure society from the crime that threaten its stability
