دراسات أصولية في فتح الباري ـ مباحث القياس في باب الوضوء أنموذجا ـ

Abstract

يهدف البحث باعتماد المنهج الاستقرائي الوصفي إلى جمع مباحث القياس في باب الوضوء من فتح الباري شرح صحيح البخاري, ثم على المنهج التحليلي لدراسة هذه الأبحاث تفسيرا ونقدا, ولإبراز الصناعة الأصولية لأئمة الحديث وشراحه, ولتوجيه أنظار طُلّاب هذا العلم إلى ثراء المصنفات الحديثية متونا وشروحا بمباحثه وتطبيقاته, كل هذا مُقَسّم في تمهيد وأربعة مطالب, مُكللة خاتمته بجملة من النتائج والتوصيات. The research aims at adopting the descriptive inductive method to collect the measurement investigationin the ablution section from Fath al-Bari, explaining Sahih al-Bukhari. Additionally, the research relies on the analytical method to study theseinvestigations both explanatory and critically to highlight the measurement investigation process of the Imams and commentators of Hadith. The aim, also, is to draw the students’ attention of this branch of knowledge to the richness of modern works of Hadith. For this purpose, the present work is dividedinto an introduction, four sections, and a conclusion with a set of results and recommendations.
