Abstract

يعتبر استكشاف الموارد المعدنية أحد الأنشطة المقامة في المناطق البحرية الواقعة خارج حدود الولاية الوطنية( المنطقة الدولية)، أين يمكن العثور على التراث الثقافي في هذه المناطق البحرية أثناء القيام بعمليات الإستكشاف، الأمر الذي يستدعي النظر بخصوصه، بكل جدية لتدارك الأخطار المحدقة به، من هذا المنظور إهتمت المواثيق الدولية بمسألة حماية هذا التراث الثقافي والحفاظ عليه ضمن خطة التعاون الدولي أساسها تبادل المعلومات والتنسيق بين الجهات المتخصصة، وهذا من أجل تجسيد الجهود الدولية وتكريس سبل الحماية الفعالة لهذا النوع من التراث الثقافي، باعتباره التاريخ الذي يعبر عن الحضارات والثقافات المختلفة للشعوب، وهذا يأتي في سياق ضرورة احترام المواثيق الدولية ذات الصلة.Exploration of mineral resources is one of the activities carried out in the marine areas beyond the borders of the national jurisdiction (the international area).
