مقاصد التنوع في العبادات- مناسك الحج أنموذجا

Abstract

ملخص البحث هذا المقال متعلق بعرض التنوع وأنماطه وصوره في عبادة الحج، فقد تم استعراض أقسام العبادات باعتبارات متنوعة عند فقهاء الإسلام، ثم تناول التنوع الموجود في الحج كمثال تطبيقي عملي، ومقصد التنوع فيه على أربعة أقسام على جهة الإجمال بدءا من المواقيت الزمانية والمكانية التي هي أسباب لإقامة العبادة، ويليها التنوع في صفة ذات الحج، ثم التنوع في الأعمال التي يقوم بها الحاج إلى بيت الله الحرام، وانتهاء بالمفاضلة الواقعة في بعض أعمال الحج. وخلص المقال إلى جملة من النتائج أهمها: أن الشريعة الإسلامية جاءت بالتنوع في العبادات جميعها، وأن الحج من أكثر العبادات الجامعة للتنوع المشتمل على مصالح الدين والدنيا، وأن تنوع أعمال الحج الأصل فيها متابعة النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأن حقيقة التنوع في العبادات يعين على المفاضلة عند التزاحم أو القيام بما هو أوفق للنفس. Abstract The present study attempts to displaying diversity, patterns and forms in the worship of pilgrimage. Sections of worship have been reviewed with various considerations among Islamic jurists. As a practical example, it has been dealt with the diversity found in pilgrimage and the purpose of its diversity, divided into four sections on the whole. Firstly, the researcher started with temporal and spatial timings that are the reasons for establishing worship, followed by the diversity in the attribute of pilgrimage, then the diversity in what the pilgrim performs to the Sacred House of God, and ending with the comparison that occurs in some of pilgrimage actions. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that a number of important results indicated that Islamic law brought diversity in all acts of worship. Pilgrimage is one of the most comprehensive acts of worship for diversity that includes religious and worldly interests. The diversity of the acts of pilgrimage is basically to follow the Prophet’s tradition; and the essence of diversity in worship helps to differentiate when crowding or doing what is best for oneself.
