Abstract

اكتسبت تكنولوجيا المعلومات وريادة المنظمات أهمية كبيرة في جميع أنحاء العالم. لتحسين الأداء الاستراتيجي للمنظمة من خلال التأثير في طرائق تنفيذ الأعمال, وابتكار نماذج أعمال وفرص جديدة. تهدف هذه الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق ريادة المنظمات الحديثة في الإدارة العامة لمؤسسة الإقراض الزراعي في عمان. التعرف على مدى تطبيق تكنولوجيا المعلومات في مؤسسة الإقراض الزراعي/ الإدارة العامة. كما تبحث في التعرف إلى الخصائص التي يجب توفرها في مؤسسة الإقراض الزراعي/ الإدارة العامة حتى تصبح من المنظمات الريادية, وأهم التطبيقات لتكنولوجيا المعلومات في إدارة وتنمية الموارد البشرية في مؤسسة الإقراض الزراعي/ الإدارة العامة. وفي الأخير تضع الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات المناسبة لأغراض هذا البحث.
