الانحرافات الجنسية عبر الانترنت لدى الأطفال – المظاهر و المخاطر-

Abstract

تعد تقنية الانترنت من بين أهم مخرجات ثورة تكنولوجيات الإعلام والاتصال،حيث أصبحت تحتل مساحة واسعة من اهتمام الأفراد والحكومات، لما تقدمه من معلومات وخدمات وتسلية، أين مست جميع جوانب الحياة الاقتصادية، والسياسية والاجتماعية، وغيرها...، مما كان له التأثير الواضح على العلاقات والقيم، نتيجة انفتاحها على كل الثقافات والقيم، التي تتفق وتتعارض مع ما يتبناه المجتمع المحلي، هذا الوضع افرز مظاهر للانحراف بصور عديدة، أخطرها الانحرافات الجنسية لدى الأطفال. في هذا السياق جاءت هاته الورقة البحثية، للتركيز على الاستعمال غير السوي للانترنت لدى فئة الأطفال، لاسيما في شقه المتعلق بالانحرافات الجنسية، وهذا في ظل غياب بدائل تتبناها المؤسسات الاجتماعية، لتربية الطفل تربية جنسية سوية، وفق قيم وعادات وضوابط المجتمع المحلي، وبطرق وعبر وسائط التواصل الحديثة تتفق ولغة العصر،ومن اجل هذا أراد الباحث من خلال هذا العمل، وضع تفسيرات للانحرافات الجنسية لتحديد علاقتها باستعمال وسائط التواصل الاجتماعي عبر الانترنت، من خلال عينة من أطفال يتراوح سنهم ما بين 14-17 بولاية الطارف . Internet technology is one of the most important inventions of the information and communication technologies revolution, where the interest of individuals and governments in the information, services and entertainment they provide, where it covers all aspects of economic, political, social and other life, has had a clear impact on relationships and values, as a result of their relationship with all cultures and values, which are consistent with and contrary to the adoption of the community, this situation has produced manifestations of deviance in many ways, the most serious of which are deviations In this context, this research paper focused on the improper use of the Internet among children, in its section on sexual deviations, in the absence of alternatives adopted by social institutions, from the family to the school, the mosque, etc., for raising a child sexually together, according to the values, customs and controls of the community, and in modern ways and media, in this context the researcher wanted to develop explanations for sexual deviations.
