Abstract

يحاول هذا المقال تسليط الضوء على حقوق الانسان كمفهوم مركزي ومؤثر في السياسة الدولية، بالنظر لارتباطه باساس المنتظم الدولي الا وهو الانسان،والدور الكبير الذي ما قتات تلعبه المنظمات غير الحكومية العاملة في مجال حقوق الانسان والتي تؤدي أدوارا حيوية من خلال عملها على مستويات الرصد والحماية، وإلزامية تبني واحترام معايير حقوق الإنسان، إذ كان لها الفضل في التأسيس لأرضية حقوقية تلقى القبول عالميا، من خلال دفعها بالدول لسن مواثيق حقوقية دولية ملزمة، إضافة إلى دورها في تأسيس محاكم خاصة بملاحقة منتهكي حقوق الإنسان دوليا، من خلال شبكة التحالفات العالمية، والتي تعد خطوة في مسار تحقيق مجتمع إنساني عالمي. الملخص باللغة الانجليزية: This study attempts to shed light on human rights as a primordial concept in international politics analysis, given its relevance to a central reference to international system system dynamics that is (wo)man, also, given the role played by NGOs working in the field of human rights through monitoring and protection, where It is imperative to adopt and respect human rights standards. Furthermore, due to its role in establishing a universally accepted human rights ground by pushing countries to enact binding international human rights instruments, as well as their role in establishing special courts to prosecute human rights violators internationally, which is a step in the path of achieving a global human society.
