Abstract

نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة لتجاوز الطابع النظري البحت لموضوع المنظمة المتعلمة، فبعيدا عن حتمية التسليم بمفهوم أو آخر للمنظمة المتعلمة، جاءت الدراسة وبداع غائي يروم توفير بنية تؤسس لهذا النمط التنظيمي من خلال جملة من المستلزمات الحاسمة المتمثلة في: الهيكل التنظيمي المرن، القيادة التحويلية، الثقافة التنظيمية التكيفية، صناع المعرفة، التمكين التنظيمي، إدارة الاحتواء العالي. We seek through this study to transcend the purely theoretical nature of the subject of the Learning organization. Apart from the inevitability of recognizing one concept or another of the Learning organization, the study offer aims to provide an infrastructure that was established or even sought for this organizational pattern through a number of critical Requirements. as follows: - Flexible organizational structure. - Transformational Leadership. - Adaptive organizational culture - Knowledge Workers . - Organizational empowerment. - High containment management.
