Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تحديد أهم مصادر الضغوط المهنية لدى رؤساء الأقسام بجامعة عبد الحميد مهري قسنطينة، على عينة مكونة من ثلاثة عشر رئيسا، تم الاعتماد على تقنية تحليل العمل لجمع البيانات المتعلقة بالدراسة، و توصلت إلى وصف مهام رؤساء الأقسام البيداغوجية و الإدارية، كما تم الكشف عن متطلبات مهامهم النفسية و المعرفية، إضافة إلى تشخيص مصادر ضغوط العمل لديهم و المتمثل في الضغوط التنظيمية و البيداغوجية و كذلك الفيزيقية ، فالتوافق بين قدرات الرؤساء و حاجاتهم و متطلبات عملهم أثرا في تقليل معاناتهم من الضغط المهني .The following study aimed to identify the most important sources of professional pressure among the heads of departments at the university of Abdel Hamid Mehri Constantine on a sample consisting on thirteen heads in various fields in their study the researcher relied on adopting a work analysis technique to collect data related to the study, they reached a description of the pedagogical and administrative tasks of the heads of departments they revealed their psychological and cognitive requirements as well.
