Abstract

شهد نظام الأسعار في الجزائر تغيرات تبعا للنموذج الاقتصادي المتبع حيث تحول هذا النظام من نظام موجه تتحكم فيه الدولة إلى نظام محرر يخضع لقوى العرض والطلب. ويقوم الديوان الوطني للإحصائيات في الجزائر بحساب مؤشرات أسعار الاستهلاك والتي ترتفع بسبب عوامل قد تكون نقدية أو عوامل أخرى ناجمة عن زيادة ميزانية الدولة، وعوامل أخرى هيكلية لها علاقة بهشاشة في هذه الورقة البحثية إلى T الهياكل القاعدية وضعف المؤسسات،حيث سنتطرق الآليات و السياسات الكفيلة لمواجهة ارتفاع مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك في الجزائر. الكلمات المفتاحية: 1.الأسعار ، السياسات النقدية،مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك ، السياسات المالية Abstract The price system in Algeria has witnessed changes according to the economic model followed, as this system has transformed from a directed system controlled by the state to a liberalized system subject to the forces of supply and demand. The National Bureau of Statistics in Algeria calculates consumer price indices, which rise due to factors that may be monetary or other factors resulting from an increase in the state budget, and other structural factors related to the fragility of basic structures and the weakness of institutions. In this research paper, we will discuss the mechanisms and policies necessary to confront the rise in Consumer price index in Algeria.
