التحديات الجيوبوليتيكية للجزائر في منطقة الساحل

Abstract

تبحث الدراسة في أهم التحديات الجيوبوليتيكية، التي تواجه الجزائر في منطقة الساحل الإفريقي، وفي كيفية تحقيق مختلف أهدافها ومصالحها القومية خاصة الأمنية منها، في ظل وضع إقليمي متزايد التوتر والعنف باستمرار، جراء التدخل الخارجي للعديد من القوى الدولية والإقليمية، والذي كانت له انعكاسات سلبية على جميع دول المنطقة. ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مراجعة الجزائر لنظرتها الجيوبوليتكية للمنطقة، وإعادة رسمها بما يتوافق ويتلاءم مع التطورات والتهديدات الجديدة، التي أفرزها التنافس الجيوبوليتيكي الدولي والإقليمي في المنطقة، قد قادها إلى إدراك ضرورة بناء استراتيجية أمنية إقليمية قوامها الحوار والمشاركة لجميع دول الساحل.The study examines the most important geopolitical challenges facing Algeria in the Sahel region, and how to achieve its national goals and interests, especially security ones, in light of the increasing regional tension and violence as a result of the intervention of many countries and regional powers, which had negative repercussions on all countries in the region. The study concluded that Algeria’s review of its geopolitical view of the region and its redrawing in line with the new developments and threats that result from international and regional geopolitical competition in the region, prompted it to realize the necessity of building a regional security strategy based on dialogue and participation for all Sahel countries.
