نظام "ل م د" في الجزائر على ضوء المعايير الدولية لضمان جودة التعليم العالي

Abstract

شهد التعليم العالي في الجزائر العديد من المراحل التي تخللتها جملة من الإصلاحات التي تهدف إلى النهوض بمستوى القطاع باتجاه ضمان الجودة فيه حيث يعتبر نظام "ل م د" أهمها لما يحمله من مزايا وإصلاحات عميقة تهدف إلى تكوين نظام جامعي يتسم بالمرونة والجودة. من هذا المنطلق جاءت الدراسة مركزة حول تسليط الضوء على التعليم الجامعي في الجزائر ومحاولة الوقوف على مستوى التوافق بين الإصلاحات المطبقة واقعيا في ظل نظام "ل م د" من جهة والمعايير الدولية لضمان الجودة من جهة أخرى من منظور النتائج والرهانات من خلال إعطاء نظرة ديناميكية للحالة والإجراءات المتخذة والتطرق لمواطن الاختلالات والتحديات التي تواجهه وطرح جملة الآليات التي من شانها إصلاحه وتقويمه بالشكل الذي يجعله أكثرا قدرة على ضمان جودة التعليم العالي وفقا للمعاير الدولية المحددة. The higher education system in Algeria has known several steps containing a set of reforms that serve to develop and evolve the sector by assuring him a better quality, whose LMD system is the most important fat to these profound reforms that allow the formation of a system of excellence. From this principle our study serves to deepen the knowledge on the Algerian strategy in the field of quality assurance of the university system by verifying the adequacy of the reforms introduced by the LMD system with the QA requirement, having a dynamic view of the state and the procedures taken and the challenges that diminishes their effectiveness, to come up with some mechanisms that can strengthen it and help it to ensure the excellence of its higher education system according to international standards
