Abstract

هذه الورقة البحثية تناولت إشكالا فقهيا يتعلق بزكاة الفطر، وهو حكم اجتماع وصف الأخذ والإعطاء في زكاة الفطر، وتبيّن من خلاله أن الفقهاء في ذلك على فريقين، مجيز ومانع، فمن أجازه وهم جمهور الفقهاء لا يمتنع عندهم أن يكون الشخص الواحد آخذا لزكاة الفطر، ومعطيا لها في الوقت نفسه، وخالفهم في ذلك آخرون، فجعلوا ذلك ممتنعا لاعتبارات مختلفة، والأظهر من القولين هو ما ذهب إليه الجمهور This research paper dealt with a jurisprudential problem related to zakat al-fitr، which is the rule of the meeting of the description of taking and giving in zakat al-fitr, and it was found through it that the jurists in this regard are of two groups, permissible and prohibitive. It has at the same time, and others disagreed with them in that, so they made it impossible for different considerations, and the clearer of the two sayings is what the public went to.
