تقييم الاصلاحات الاقتصادية في الجزائر من حيث المضمون المتعلق بأداء المؤسسات الصناعية

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم أولي لأداء المؤسسات الصناعية في ظل الاصلاحات الاقتصادية التي تبنتها الجزائر منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، باعتبارها الركيزة الرئيسية لإحداث التنمية. وقد تبين أنها تعاني من ضعف في الأداء مرتبط أساسا ومنذ البداية بتقديرات الخطة الاقتصادية وتباعا التطبيق الفعلي للاستراتيجيات المعتمدة لتطوير القطاع الصناعي. This study aims to conduct a preliminary assessment of the industrial companies’ performance in the light of the economic reforms adopted by Algeria since the independence up to date, considering that they are the fundamental pillars of development. It has been found that they have a poor performance, which is mainly linked since the start to the estimates of strategic-economic plan adopted for developing the industrial sector.
