    تناولت المداخلة دور الابتكار الرقمي في تعزيز المرونة التنظيمية والقدرة على التكيف داخل المنظمات في بيئة الأعمال المعاصرة. مع تسارع التغيرات التكنولوجية والاقتصادية، أصبح الابتكار الرقمي أداة حيوية لتمكين المؤسسات من التفاعل بسرعة مع المتغيرات وتكييف استراتيجياتها وعملياتها بما يتماشى مع التحديات الحالية والمستقبلية. وخلصت على أن الابتكار الرقمي لا يعزز فقط من كفاءة العمليات، بل يساهم بشكل أساسي في تعزيز مرونة المؤسسات من خلال تمكينها من التكيف السريع مع التحديات المتغيرة. من خلال تحسين القدرات التشغيلية، اتخاذ قرارات استراتيجية مبنية على البيانات، وتوفير أدوات تعاون مرنة، يُعد الابتكار الرقمي محركًا رئيسيًا لبناء منظمات أكثر قدرة على التكيف في بيئة أعمال غير مستقرة ومتغيرة بسرعة. The presentation addressed the role of digital innovation in enhancing organizational flexibility and the ability to adapt within organizations in the contemporary business environment. With the accelerating pace of technological and economic changes, digital innovation has become a vital tool for enabling organizations to quickly respond to shifts and adapt their strategies and operations to align with current and future challenges. The conclusion emphasized that digital innovation not only improves operational efficiency but also plays a key role in strengthening organizational resilience by enabling quick adaptation to changing challenges. By improving operational capabilities, making data-driven strategic decisions, and providing flexible collaboration tools, digital innovation is a key driver in building more adaptable organizations in an unstable and rapidly changing business environment.
