إستعرضت الدراسة الاطار القانوني لجريمة القرصنة البحرية(التعريف والأركان)، ثم آثارها الإقتصادية على الدول، حيث تمثل القرصنة البحرية تهديدا خطيرا ومستمرا لأمنها الاقتصادي مثل منطقة القرن الإفريقي وخاصة الصومال، خليج عدن والبحر الأحمر.
بعد المناقشة توصلنا إلى جملة من النتائج والاقتراحات.
This study aims at identifying the Legal’s regulation crime of maritime piracy(definition and element), than its economic impacts on states, Where maritime piracy represents a serious and sustained threat to their economic security, like the area of the horn of Africa, particularly in Somalia, Adan basin and the red sea.
After the discussing the findings, the study has reached by a set of results and Suggestions.
