    القطاع الفالحي الجزائري بين الواقع والمأمول

    تعتبر الفلاحة ذات أهمية بالغة كونها المصدر الأساسي في التغذية وتوظيف العمالة وتوفير المدخلات الوسيطة للعمليات الانتاجية، كما أنها أداة ناجعة لدفع النمو الاقتصادي وتحقيق التنمية، وقد أولت الجزائر أهمية بالغة لهذا القطاع ضمن مختلف برامجها التنموية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن إمكانات هذا القطاع رغم وفرتها إلا أنها تفتقر للإستغالل الأمثل، بالإضافة إلى أن مساهمة القطاع الفلاحي في الاقتصاد الجزائري ضعيفة إذا ما قورنت بباقي القطاعات الاقتصادية، كما أن الدولة انتهجت خلال السنوات الأخيرة حزمة من السياسات بهدف النهوض بهذا القطاع الحساس ورفع كفائته.

    Fiscal policy plays a crucial role in achieving economic growth in Algeria, as it constitutes a major tool to stimulate the economy, promote investments and create job opportunities, and the research aimed to highlight the role of fiscal policy in economic growth in Algeria, where the descriptive and inductive approaches were relied on in addition to the analytical approach, where the research concluded that the impact of public spending on economic growth is weak as it does not affect all structures of the economy, especially the productive ones, and this is due to the weak flexibility of the productive apparatus and its inability To cover the demand resulting from the expansion of public spending and its resort to imports to absorb aggregate demand.
