Item Online Food Advertising: Mutual Influence and Parental Bans(جامعة باتنة 1, 2025-06-01) كهينة بركونThe massive exposure of children to advertisements for foods with poor nutritional value, combined with the rise in obesity, has led to growing support for advertising regulation internationally. Lobbies representing the food industry, advertisers, and the media have, however, prevented regulation in many countries. In this context, support for regulation from civil society, particularly parents, is strongly needed. The objective of this survey is to describe and analyze the factors associated with parents' opinions on the impact and banning of televised food advertising aimed at children. An online survey will be conducted among a few Algerian parents regarding food advertising, and their sociodemographic characteristics will be analyzed using multivariate logistic regressions
