    L’enfant exposé à la violence conjugale : Conséquences, facteurs de protection et résilience

    la violence conjugale n’est pas seulement un problème du couple, mais elle touche toute la cellule familiale, à savoirs les enfants qui sont d’éventuels victimes directes et/ou indirectes de la querelle parentale. Le phénomène de l’exposition des enfants à la violence conjugale qui est très répondu dans le monde, ce n’est pas un fait isolé, il est très complexe, affectant les différents stades de leur développement. Dans le présent article, nous avons tenté d’explorer le vécu psychologique des enfants exposés à la violence conjugale et les différentes conséquences de cette exposition sur leur santé physique, psychologique et leur adaptation sociale. Nous avons présenté aussi les facteurs de protection qui peuvent être en faveur des enfants exposés à ces sévices conjugaux pour pouvoir s’adapter à leur environnement familial dysfonctionnel et d’être résilients malgré l’adversité vécue.Conjugal violence is not only a problem of the couple; but it affects the whole family unit, namely the children who are possible direct and/or indirect victims of the parental quarrel. The phenomenon of children's exposure to conjugal violence, which is very much answered in the world, this is not an isolated fact, it is very complex, affecting the different stages of their development. In this article, we have tried to explore the psychological experience of children exposed to domestic violence and the different consequences of this exposure on their physical and psychological health and their social adaptation. We have also presented the protective factors that may be in favor of children exposed to this domestic abuse so that they can adapt to their dysfunctional family environment and to be resilient despite the adversity experienced.

    سوء المعاملة الوالدية الجنسية للطفل: تحديد العوامل المهيئة لها وتقييم مؤشراتها وأساليب الوقاية منها

    إن الإساءة الجنسية ظاهرة مرضية منتشرة في كل المجتمعات ، يتعـرض لها الذكور والإناث ، لا تقتصر على بيئات ثقافية واجتماعية أو اقتصادية معينة ،وهي تقع في المناطق الريفية والحضرية كما في الضواحي وليست مرتبطة بالأصل أو السلالة أو الدين أو اللغة. كما أن الإساءة الجنسية لها عوامل مختلفة محددة ومهيئة لحدوثها ، وآثارها ممتدة إلـى مراحل متقدمة من حياة الإنسان. وبالإضافة إلى أن آثار الإساءة طويلة المدى وخاصة غير المعالجة تكون مـدمرة حيث لا يستطيع الفرد البوح بها ، فماذا لو كانت هذه الإساءة واقعة على فرد غير ناضج لم يخبر العلاقات الجنسية لا يجدر التحدث عنها ولا حتى التعرف عليها ،هذا الفرد أو ما يسمى الطفل يعتبر فريسة سهلة لمرتكبي هذه الجرائم وعند وقوع هذه الإساءة عليه تتغير حياته ، وتعتبر لإساءة الجنسية من أصعب أنواع الإساءات ومن الجرائم الخفية التي من الصعب إيجاد أرقام تمثلها والوقاية منها، لأن الطفل عادة يخشى ويخاف الإقرار بها خاصة إذا كانت من قبل والديه.Sexual abuse is a pathological phenomenon prevalent in all societies, to which males and females are exposed, which is not confined to specific cultural, social or economic environments. It occurs in rural and urban areas as well as in the suburbs and is not related to origin, descent, religion or language. They also have various specific and predisposed factors, and their effects are extended to advanced stages of human life. In addition, the long-term, especially untreated, effects of abuse are devastating, as the individual cannot disclose them. What if the abuse is on an immature individual who has not told sexual relations that it is not worth talking about or even identifying? This child is an easy prey for perpetrators. When such abuse occurs, his life change sexual abuse is one of the most difficult types of abuse and of hidden crimes which it is difficult to find and prevent figures, as the child is usually afraid to admit, especially if it is by his or her parent.
