    دراسة في شروط تحوّل البنوك التّقليدية إلى بنوك إسلامية

    يتناول هذا البحث شروط تحول البنوك التقليدية الى بنوك إسلامية ، هذا التحول الذي اصبح ضرورة مع مرور الوقت في ضل المتغيرات والأزمات المالية التي شهدها العالم بصفة عامة والعالم الإسلامي بصفة خاصة، فكان لزاما على صناع القرار في البلدان الإسلامية الى الانتقال من الصيرفة التقليدية التي لم تثبت نجاعتها الى الصيرفة الإسلامية كبديل لتلك المؤسسات المالية التقليدية، فبادرت الكثير من الدول العربية والإسلامية الى تبني نظام المعاملات الإسلامية، من اجل استقطاب الأموال وخلق صيغ تمويلية وفق احكام الشريعة الإسلامية للنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وبعث التكافل الاجتماعي باشراك العملاء في الغنم والغرم . Summary :This research deals with the conditions for the transformation of conventionalbanksintoIslamicbanks, this transformation, which has become a necessitywith the passage of time in light of the changes and financial crises witnessed by the world in general and the Islamic world in particular. Hence, manyArab and Islamic countries have taken the initiative to adopt the Islamic transaction system, in order to attractfunds and createfinancing formulas in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia to advance the national economy and create social solidarity by involvingcustomers in sheep and debts.
