    دور السيكولوجي العيادي في بناء العلاقات الإنسانية بالسجن

    من الطبيعي أن تنشأ داخل السجن علاقات إنسانية عميقة بين المساجين من جهة وبين طاقم السجن من جهة أخرى، و السيكولوجي العياديباعتباره شخصا محوريا يلعب دور الوسيط بين الحراس والمساجين، يضطلع بدور هام يتمثل في إعادة بعث المهارات النفسية والاجتماعية لدى المساجين ومنها مهارة الاتصال التي تساعدهم على حل أو تجنب المشكلات النفسية و الاجتماعية الناجمة عن الجو المغلق الذي تفرضه ظروف الحبس مما يؤدي إلى تنمية قدراتهم العقلية ومهاراتهم التي تساعدهم في إعادة الاندماج مستقبلا، وفي سبيل ذلك يستعمل المساجين اتصالات متنوعة منها اللفظية وغير اللفظية، ولأجل تنميتها وتطويرها يستعمل السيكولوجي العياديبدوره أنواع متعددة من الاتصال في سبيل ربط وبعث العلاقات الإنسانية في الوسط العقابي.This research aims at knowing the nature of the relationship between prisoners inside the prison environment and between this prisoner and all the crew who mix with him, where the clinical psychologist plays a central and intermediate role between guards and prisoners. An important role is to re-establish the psychological and social skills of prisoners, including the communication skills that help them solve or avoid the psychological and social problems resulting from the closed environment imposed by prison conditions. This leads to the development of their mental capacities and skills that will help them integrate after the end of the sentence, and this is where a psychologist requires the use of various types of communication to link and promote human relations in the penal environment.
