    إسهامات العلماء المسلمين في علم التربية: تأسيسا، تنظيرا، ممارسة وتطويرا -العالم محمد بن سحنون (202هـ - 256هـ) نموذجا-

    تدور أفكار هذه المقالة حول الإسهامات التي قدمها محمد بن سحنون على اعتبار أنه رائد التربية والتفكير التربوي، إذ لم يسبقه أحد في وضع أول كتاب مختص في التربية والفكر التربوي دون سواهما من مسائل فقهية، فلسفية أو مسائل أخرى عامة، حتى وإن كانت متصلة بقضايا التربية، من خلال كتابه بـ'آداب المعلمين، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز جهود علماء التربية المسلمين في إرساء نظريات تكوين النشء وتربيتهم، وإبراز أسباب الازدهار العلمي والثقافي الذي وصلته الحضارة الاسلامية عموما وفي بلاد المغرب خصوصا، سنحاول من خلال هذه الدراسة معرفة: من هو محمد بن سحنون؟ ما مضمون كتابه آداب المعلمين؟ وما حجم اسهاماته وملاحظاته في التأسيس والتنظير في هذا الحقل المعرفي؟ وإلى أي مدى ساهمت آراؤه في تطوير علم التربية الإسلامي بخاصة وعلم التربية عامة؟ The ideas of this article revolve around the contributions made by Muhammad bin Sahnoun, as he is the pioneer of education and educational thinking, as no one was preceded by the first book specialized in educational and educational thought without other jurisprudential issues, philosophical or other public issues, especially those related to education in general , Through his book, “Teachers’ Literature, and this study aims to highlight the efforts of Muslim education scholars in establishing theories of the formation of young people and their upbringing, and highlighting the reasons for the scientific and cultural prosperity that the Islamic civilization reached in general and in Maghreb countries in particular, in this study we will try through this intervention knowledge: Who is Muhammad Bin Sahnoun? What is the content of his book The Etiquette of Teachers? What is the size of his contributions and observations in establishing and theorizing this cognitive field? And to what extent did his views contributed to the development of Islamic educational science in particular and the educational science in general?

    التوقيف للنظر للأطفال وفقا للتشريع الجزائري

    إن التوقيف للنظر من الإجراءات القسرية الخطيرة التي من شأنها المساس بحرية الأفراد وتقييدها, و يكون هذا الأجراء أخطر عندما يتعلق بطفل لم يبلغ بعد سن الرشد, و قصد إضفاء حماية قانونية خاصة لهذه الفئة , أقر المشرع الجزائري قواعد خاصة تنظم هذه المسألة و ذلك ببيان أحكامها و إجراءاتها , تم التنصيص عليها في قانون حماية الطفل, الغاية من أنها أساس ضمان عدم تعسف الأعوان المشرفين على عملية التوقيف , بشكل يكفل تكريس مبدأ قرينة البراءة , و من ثمة فإننا سوف نبرز في هذا البحث الأحكام الإجرائية المنظمة لمسألة التوقيف للنظر للأطفال في التشريع الجزائري.. Detention is one of the serious coercive measures which affect and restrict the freedom of individuals, and this procedure is more dangerous when it concerns a child who has not yet reached the age of majority, and in order to give a special legal protection to this category, the Algerian legislator has approved special rules regulating this issue with a declaration. arrest process are not arbitrary, in a way that ensures the consolidation of the principle of the presumption of innocence. Thus, we will highlight in this research the procedural provisions regulating the issue of the detention of children in Algerian legislation.
