تشهد الجزائر تحولات هامة في الإصلاح الاقتصادي على المستويات القطاعية، و قد كان قطاع الفلاحة محورا أساسيا في هذه الإصلاحات، إذ يعتبر من أهم القطاعات الأساسية في الاقتصاد الوطني إذ كان الهدف الأساسي لأي إستراتيجية تنموية من أجل تحقيق الاستغلال الأمثل لكافة الموارد المتاحة الطبيعية و البشرية و المالية حتى يكون بديلا حقيقيا يمكن من خلاله تحقيق الاكتفاء الذاتي وتنويع الصادرات و توفير العملة الصعبة. Algeria is witnessing major changes in economic reform at the sectoral levels. The agriculture sector has been a major focus of these reforms. It is considered one of the most important sectors of the national economy. The main objective of any development strategy is to achieve optimal utilization of all available natural and human resources. To be a real alternative through which self-sufficiency, export diversification and the provision of hard currency can be achieved.
