    تبحث الدراسة في علاقة أبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية على تطبيق مشروع المؤسسة الصحية و مساهمتها في ذلك . حيث أنه بتتبع الإنحدار الخطي البسيط لأبعاد جودة الحياة الوظيفية بإعتبارها متغيرات مستقلة على تطبيق مشروع المؤسسة الصحية في تجربته الأولى على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية ، تبين أن هناك علاقة موجبة وطردية بين الأبعاد المدروسة و المتغير التابع ، كما أنها تساهم في تنفيذه بشكل كبير . The study examines the relationship of dimensions of quality of work life to the application of the health institution project and its contribution to that. As it tracks the simple linear regression of the dimensions of the quality of work life as independent variables on the application of the health establishment project in its first experiment at the level of health institutions, it was found that there is a positive and direct relationship between the dimensions studied and the dependent variable, as it contributes to its implementation .
