    الكثير من المواضيع تعتبر في مجتمعنا من الطابوهات التي لا يمكن إثارتها أو الحديث عنها بإسهاب أو التقرب من دراستها بسهولة، نظرا لارتباطها بالأحكام الاجتماعية المنبثقة عن العادات و التقاليد و مدى حظر و نبذ بعض السلوكيات التي لا يمكنها أن تزول من المجتمعات رغم تمدينها و إظهارها بمظهر التحضر. و من بين الظواهر الاجتماعية المنبوذة في حياة كثير من المجتمعات، ظاهرة الأطفال غير الشرعيين أو اللقطاء، كما درجت على تسميتهم المجتمعات العربية الحديثة مع العلم أن هذا النوع من الأيتام وجد في كل العهود حتى الإسلامية منها، رغم القيم السامية السائدة آنذاك باعتبار أن الخطيئة لصيقة ببني آدم حتى الأزل .Many subjects in our society are considered taboos, that cannot be raised or talked about at length or easily approached as they are linked to social provisions emanating from customs and traditions, and the extent of the prohibition and rejection of some behaviors that cannot be removed from society, Despite their urbanization and its appearance . And among the social phenomena that are rejected in the lives of many societies, the phenomenon of illegitimate children or foundlings, as they used to label them in modern Arab societies, bearing in mind that this type of orphans was found in all eras, even Islamic ones, despite the values that are both Semitic and dominant considering that sin is Inherited at Adam's son until eternity
