    Sino-algerian Partnership And Its Impact On The Emergence Of Algerian Economy

    Taking advantage of the various oil crises, particularly during the first fifteen years of the twenty-first century, Algeria has managed to raise significant financial resources who placed it in relatively favorable conditions for take off economically and rank among emerging countries. After a huge effort, the Algerian economy has not been able to emerge, what are the factors involved in this failure? The predominance of the annuitant nature of the economy that gave rise to the “Dutch disease”, has certainly played an important role in the unfavorable evolution of Algerian economy. The solution to the structural problem encountered by Algerian economy is in a structural action. The research of partnership, and especially a win-win partnership is an important part of the solution. Is the partnership with China able to meet this challenge? Sino-Algerian relations are not new and they have experienced over the past decade an important development that places China among the main economic partners of Algeria, and gives it a leading role in achieving the target long-awaited emergence of Algerian economy. This paper will focus on determining the ability of Chinese investment in boosting Algerian economy forward emergence.

    النمو الاقتصادي بين المقاربات النظرية وواقع الاقتصاد الجزائري

    تعالج هذه الورقة البحثية إشكالية مصادر النمو الاقتصادي ومحدداته، مرتكزة على المقاربات والأدبيات الدراسات التجريبية كقاعدة معرفية لبناء نموذج يتوافق مع واقع الاقتصاد الجزائري كما تبحث مدى مساهمته مجمل إنتاجية عوامل الإنتاج في صنع النمو خلال الفترة 1969-2016، حيث تم إجراء دراسة قياسية لمحددات الناتج بالاعتماد على نموذج تصحيح الخطأ VECM، وتثبت الدراسة وجود علاقة سببية بين كل من العمل ورأس المال كمتغيرات تفسيرية والناتج الداخلي الخام كمتغير تابع، وأن دالة الانتاج تتبع غلة الحجم المتزايدة، كما العمل ورأس المال في حدود 68% بينما تساهم إنتاجية عوامل الإنتاج في حدود 32% الباقية من حجم الناتج والنمو. This paper addresses the problem of sources of economic growth and its determinants based on approaches and experimental literature studies as a knowledge base in order to build a model that corresponds to the reality of the Algerian economy. Besides, it examines the extent of its contribution to the overall of production factors in growth-making, during the period 1969-2016. Where, a standard study for output parameters using the error correction model VECM has been done. This study proves that there is a causal relationship between both labor and capital as explanatory variables while, the raw internal output as a dependent variable. As well as, the production function follows the increasing of the yield volume, labor and capital within 68%, while production factors contribute by about 32% to the remaining of output and growth.
