اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو الوقاية من إدمان المخدرات " دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة الجامعيين بجامعة أم البواقي "

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الطلبة الجامعيين نحو الوقاية من إدمان المخدرات " دراسة ميدانية على عينة من الطلبة بجامعة أم البواقي "، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 90 طالبا وطالبة ( 51 ذكور، 39 إناث )، يزاولون الدراسة للسنة الجامعية 2021/2022، ولجمع البيانات طبق عليهم استبيان تكون من 24 فقرة تم إعداده من طرف الباحثين وفقا للخطوات العلمية لبناء الاستبيان حيث تم التحقق من صدقه وثباته بالطرق الإحصائية المناسبة، كما استخدم الباحثون المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وأسفرت نتائج الدراسة أن اتجاهات أفراد عينة الدراسة نحو الوقاية من إدمان المخدرات كان بدرجة ايجابية فهم يدركون مدى خطورة هذه الآفة على المجتمع عموما وعلى الشباب خصوصا. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق في الاتجاهات نحو الوقاية من إدمان المخدرات حسب متغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث)، وأيضا حسب المستوى الدراسي(ليسانس، ماستر) لأفراد عينة الدراسة. This study aims to identify the trends of university students towards the prevention of drug addiction "field study on a sample of students at um Al-Bouaki University", the sample of the study was made up of 90 students (51 males, 39 females), studying for the academic year 2021/2022, in order to collect the data, a 24-paragraph questionnaire prepared by the researchers was applied according to the scientific steps to build the questionnaire, where its sincerity and stability were verified by appropriate statistical methods, and the researchers used the descriptive method Analytically, the results of the study found that the trends of the study sample members towards the prevention of drug addiction was positively understood to be aware of the seriousness of this scourge on society in general and on young people in particular. The results also showed no differences in trends towards drug addiction prevention by sex variable (male, female), as well as by school level (bachelor's degree, master) for study sample members.
البروفايل السوسيولوجي لمدمني المخدرات وفاعلية مؤسسات الوساطة الاجتماعية

تتخذ ظاهرة إدمان المخدرات أبعاد متباينة لها مخاطر على البنية الاساسية للمجتمع بين المتعاطي والمواد المدمن عليها والمؤسسات الموكلة لها مهمة رعاية المدمنين ومحاولة مساعدتهم ،ضمن برامج واستراتيجيات مكافحة الظاهرة ومساعدة المدمنين على التعافي والاندماج ، ومن خلال هذه الورقة البحثية نحاول عرض مفهوم الوساطة الاجتماعية والمؤسسات التي تحاول القيام بدور ومرافقة المدمنين في العلاج كمؤسسات علاجية وقائية وتوعية أكثر منها مؤسسات عقابية، وكذا نتطرق للقوانين والاليات التي سنتها الدولة في برامجها لمساعدة المدمنين وكل هذا سنعرضه من خلال ما تم التوصل إليه في دراسة ميدانية اجريت على عينة من المدمنين في مدينة سطيف سنة 2021 وتوصلت إلى وجود صعوبات خروج المدمنين من عالم الادمان ،وضرورة بذل جهود اكثر من طرف مؤسسات الوساطة الاجتماعية لمساعدة المدمنين على التعافي والعلاج .The phenomenon of drug addiction takes different dimensions that have risks to the infrastructure of society between the abuser and the addicted substances and the institutions entrusted with them the task of caring for addicts and trying to help them, within programs and strategies to combat the phenomenon and help addicts recover and integrate, and through this intervention we discuss the concept of social mediation and institutions that It is trying to play a role and accompany addicts in treatment more than punitive institutions, as well as we will address the laws and mechanisms enacted by the state in its programs to help addicts, and all this we will present through what was reached in a field study conducted on a sample of addicts in the city of Setif in 2021. 2021 laws and mechanisms enacted by the state in its programs to help addicts. التشوهات المعرفية لدى مدمني المخدرات في ظل جائحة كوفيد19 دراسة ميدانية بمدينة افلو

هدفت الدراسة الحالية، التشوهات المعرفية لدى مدمني المخدرات في ظل جائحة كوفيد19 دراسة ميدانية بمدينة افلو. الكشف عن مدى انتشار هذه التشوهات المعرفية لدى مدمني المخدرات، فضلا عن معرفة الفروق في التشوهات المعرفية تبعا . ل العمر والمستوى التعليمي ومدة التعاطي في ضل جائحة كوفيد19، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف قمنا بتبني مقياس التشوهات المعرفية للحارثي (2012) المتكون من (54) بند يندرج تحت (10) محاور، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي المناسب لهذه الدراسة، و على عينة قوامها (68) مفحوصان ،معتمدا على الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss22)في استخراج المتوسطات الحسابية ،الانحرافات المعيارية ومعاملات الارتباط و اختبار(ت). وقد أسفرت النتائج على: وجود انتشار متوسط لتشوهات المعرفية لدي مدمني المخدرات، و هو أمر معقول لما للمدمنين من أفكار تلقائية مشوهة. كما توصلنا أيضا إلى انعدام الفروق في التشوهات المعرفية و كل من(العمر، المستوى التعليمي و مدة التعاطي )، لدى مدمني المخدرات في زمن ألازمه الراهنةكوفيد19 ،ومن خلال نتائج هذه الدراسة نقترح بعض التوصياتThe current study aims at discovering the cognitive distortions in light of the covid-19prevalences among drugs addicts in Aflou city as well as finding out the differences between the variables of age, educational level and the addiction period. In order to achieve this goal, Al-Harthi scale (2012)uhichi consis of (54)subjects ,(10)axes . adopted within the descriptive method on the bases of a sample including 68 tested addicts. based on the social sciences statistical package (spss22) for extracting the averages. The study main result shows that there is an average prevalence of the cognitive distortions among the addicts which is due to the addicts' distortive thoughts, also there are no differences related to the variables of age, the educational level and the addiction period among the addicts.

سعت مختلف دول العالم إلى مكافحة ترويج وتعاطي المخدرات بمختلف أشكالها، نظرا لما لها من عواقب سلبية على الصحة النفسية والعقلية والجسدية لمتعاطيها، ونظرا لما ينتج عنها من سلوكيات إجرامية وانحرافيه، ولذلك كثفت الجهود للتصدي لهذه الآفة، بمختلف الطرق والوسائل، فأبرمت الاتفاقيات الدولية، وشرعت النصوص القانونية التي تجرمها، وأنشئت المصالح الخاصة بمكافحتها، وأمام انشغال دول العالم بذلك، توجه بعض الأفراد ذوي النزعة الإجرامية إلى طرق مبتكرة تساير عصر التكنولوجيا والاتصال الرقمي، مستفيدين من شبكة الانترنت في نشاطاتهم الإجرامية، مستغلين الثغرات القانونية التي لم تجرم بعد مثل هذه الممارسات نظرا لحداثتها، ومن ذلك المخدرات الرقمية، التي لم تحظى بالقدر الكافي من التحقيق والدراسة والنقاش حول مخاطرها، رغم تأكيد خبراء ومختصين في هذا المجال على خطورتها، وتأثيرها المشابه للمخدرات التقليدية على الفرد خصوصا الجانب النفسي والعقلي، ولذلك جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على هذا الموضوع، والتعريف به أكثر في ظل شح الاحصائيات والدراسات حوله، وقد اعتمدنا في دراستنا على مجموعة من البحوث والدراسات علمية التي نشرت حول هذا الموضوع، وتقصي لآراء خبراء في هذا المجال، وتوصلنا إلى أن هناك إجماع من قبلهم على خطورة هذا الشكل الجديد للإدمان. The various countries of the world have sought to combat the promotion and use of various forms of drugs, because of the resulting criminal and deviant behavior, and therefore intensified efforts to address this problem, international conventions have been concluded, legal texts have been established to criminalize them, and special interests have been established to combat them, in the face of the preoccupation of the countries of the world, some individuals with criminal tendencies are turning to innovative ways to cope with the age of technology and digital communication, benefiting from the Internet in their criminal activities, taking advantage of legal loopholes that have not yet criminalized such practices due to their modernity, among them are digital drugs, which are sufficiently investigated, studied and discussed about their dangers, although experts and specialists emphasize their seriousness, and their similar effect on traditional drugs, especially the psychological and mental aspects, so this research paper came to shed light on this topic, In our study, we relied on a set of scientific research and studies published on this subject, and investigated the opinions of experts in this field, and we concluded that there is a consensus on the part of them on the seriousness of this new form of addiction.
