    Alexithymia in a relapsing addict

    Drug addiction is one of the most important problems that affect many people and societies, and upset their balance. This study dealt with the topic of alexithymia in a relapsing addict in order to highlight the emotional role played in the regression of the addict. For this reason, a clinical study on a relapse addict has been carried out who was following treatment at Chlef Mediator center for addiction treatment, with the use of the following tools: the half directed interview, observation, TAS20 Alexithymia standard. It was found that the relapsing addict has a high alexithymia level in all dimensions: after describing emotions’ difficulty, after identifying emotions’ difficulty and after the externally- oriented thinking.

    دور السجون في مكافحة المخدرات والوقاية منها

    إن الإدمان هو ظاهرة عالمية بحيث أن من 3الى 5 بالمائة من سكان العالم يستهلكون المخدرات أي ما يعادل 200 مليون شخص ،منهم 34 مليون في أفريقيا و5 ملايين شخص مصاب بالسيدا بسبب المخدرات كما يعتبر الإدمان آفة العصر واخطر المشاكل كما يعتبر سببا رئيسيا من الأسباب المؤدية لارتكاب الجرائم وبانواعها خاصة الجرائم الجنسية و جرائم القتل لما لها من تأثير على فقد الشخص ليقظته ووعيه وعدم سيطرته علي انفعالاته ورغباته ،لهذا نلاحظ ارتفاع في نسبة المجرمين اللذين يتناولون المواد المخدرة بكل أنواعها،حشيش،حبوب مهلوسة،حقن... ،كما يعتبر سببا في ظاهرة العود الانتكاس وهذا الأخير الذي تسعى المديرية العامة لإدارة السجون لمحاربته عن طريق سياستها في إعادة الإدماج الاجتماعي للمحبوسين والحد من ظاهرة العود أو الإدمان للمجرمين داخل السجن ثم إنشاء لجان خاصة للتكفل بالمساجين المدمنين وتعميم هذه اللجان على مستوى كل السجون للجمهورية وهذا ما سنحاول في هذه المداخلة التعريف به و بطرق التكفل بالمساجين المدمنين وستكون مؤسسة إعادة التربية والتأهيل تازولت ولاية باتنة نموذجا لذلك.Addiction is a global phenomenon, with 3 to 5 per cent of the world's population consuming drugs, equivalent to 200 million people, of whom 34 million are in Africa and 5 million are HIV-positive. Addiction is the scourge of the age and the most serious problem, and is a major cause of crime. The crimes and their types, especially sexual crimes and murder because of their impact on the loss of the person to wake him and his awareness and control over his emotions and desires, so we note the rise in the proportion of criminals who eat drugs of all kinds, cannabis, hallucinogenic pills, injection ..., The phenomenon of lapse relapse and this The General Directorate of Prison Administration seeks to combat it through its policy of social reintegration of the detainees and the reduction of the phenomenon of oud or addiction to criminals inside the prison and then the establishment of special committees to care for the addicted prisoners and the circulation of these committees at the level of all the prisons of the Republic and this is what we will try in this intervention The rehabilitation and rehabilitation institution Tazult Batna is a model.
