    أهمية الدراسات المستقبلية في تحليل العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة

    لقد عرفت العلاقـــــــــــــــــــــات الدولية المعــــــــــــــــــاصرة العديد من التغيرات ما أدى إلى إعـــــــــادة تشكل الظواهر الدولية ؛ و بالتالي ظهور إشكالات و مفاهيم جديدة وضعت التوجهات النظرية التقليدية في حقل العلاقات الدولية أمام تساؤلات بحثية عديدة ، شكل البعد الزمني أهم محرك لها ، نظرا لتسارع الأحداث الدولية مع تعدد أبعادها ، ما جعل من الدراسات المستقبلية نقطة بحثية ملحة. من هنا تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية لفحص بعض محددات مفهوم الدراسات المستقبلية، و التحقق من أهميته في تحليل العلاقات الدولية المعاصرة التي تشهد صعودا غير مسبوق لدور العامل التكنولوجي. A lot of changes had affected the contomporary international relations, that lead to the reconstruction of the international phenomena, and to the creation of new problematics and concepts. Those changes put the traditional theoratical trends in the domain of international relations into question. Especially if we take time as the main stimulating factor. Due to the acceleration of international events with multiple dimentions that make future studies an urgent point of research. Therfore; Comes this reserarch paper to detect some of the determinants of the concept of the future studies, and to focus on its role in the analysis of contemporary international relations. That knows an unprecedented increase of the role of the technological factor.
