    يهدف المقال لتوضيح التطورات الكيفية-الديناميكة لمسار عمليات بناء السلام تبعًا لمشاكل التعدد الإثني، كوجه من أوجه الحوكمة الأمنية في شكل منظور عالمي، يجسد التفاعل والترابط الإستراتيجي بين الفواعل الرسمية وغير الرسمية من خلال أطر نظرية تحليلية تتبنى مقتربات توازنية، متعددة المسارات، تسعى لتحقيق المشاركة، تعزيز الفعالية، وفتح مجال الحوار السلمي بين الأطراف الداخلية المتنازعة، بنفي فرضية الإنزلاق، وكبح المطالب الإنفصالية، والإنتقال بالنزاع من المستويات التصعيدية-المعقدة نحو التهدئة، مع مراعاة الخصوصية المجتمعية سعيًا للتخفيف من حدة التشرذم الأمني وتفعيل أسس السلام العالمي المتساند.The Aim of the article is to illustrate the qualitative and dynamic development of the peace-building operations according to the problems of multi-ethnicity, as a part of security governance in the form of a global perspective, which reflects the interaction and strategic inter-link between formal and informal actions , through analytical theoretical frame works that adopt balanced, Strengthening the effectiveness, opening up the field of peaceful dialogue between the conflict parties, negating the sliding premise, curbing the separatist demands, and moving the conflict from the escalating levels to the calm, taking into account the specificity of the community in order to alleviate the tension, and Activate the foundations of global peace.
