    يحاول هذا المقال البحث في طبيعة الثقافة السياسية في ظل تعديل الدستوري 2020 من الجانب النظري ثم المحددات الدستورية القانونية في تشكيل الثقافة السياسية كخطوة نحو الكشف عن محورية القيم الديموقراطية وبلوغ مرحلة الترسيخ الديموقراطي عن طريق المشاركة السياسية. تعمل الثقافة السياسية في الجزائر على تكوين وتشكيل العديد من المؤسسات السياسية المجتمعية، وتشارك طبيعتها في تحديد المسارات التي تتجه إليها هذه الأبنية، وذلك لما لها من تأثير مباشر على قناعات وسلوكيات الأفراد والجماعات، ويسير واقع الممارسة السياسية في الجزائر وفق قواعد تدافعية غير واضحة، وغير متوازنة في كثير من الأحيان. This article attempts to investigate the nature of political culture in light of the 2020 constitutional amendment from the theoretical aspect, then the legal constitutional determinants in shaping political culture as a step towards revealing the centrality of democratic values and reaching the stage of democratic consolidation through political participation. Political culture in Algeria works to create and shape many societal political institutions, and its nature participates in determining the paths towards which these structures are heading, because of its direct impact on the convictions and behaviors of individuals and groups.
